Part 2 – Returns Pick-Up and Processing

  1. The returns would be acceptable only if the mentioned conditions will satisfy:
    1. A product should be packed well with all in-the-box accessories as delivered.
    2. Quality-check signed mark along with the Order id must be clearly visible on the product.
    3. The product’s original packaging/box should be undamaged, Product should be unused, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/warranty seals (if any) should be present.
  2. Send it back to the address provided (will be shared by our support team) at the time of returns.
  3. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
  4. Returns under any unforeseen reasons (through customers) will be accepted for orders amounts above Rs. 249
    1. Not accepting shipment at the time of delivery. (a delivery attempt will be made by courier)
    2. Shipping address out-of-bounds at the time of delivery. (It should be picked up from the destination courier office)
    3. Customer Unavailability at the time of delivery. (a delivery attempt will be made by courier)
    4. Future Delivery requested at the time of delivery. (a delivery attempt will be made by courier)

For any products for which a refund or replacement is to be given, the refund or replacement will be processed once the returned product has been received.

Part 3 – General Rules for a Successful Return

  1. In general, the items applicable to the returns will be refunded accordingly.
  2. While accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund. Once you have accepted delivery, no return request will be processed. In such cases, these category-specific replacement/return general conditions will be applicable.
  3. Refunds will be initiated to the original mode of payment. Sometimes, we may require the Account Details or Paytm Number to initiate the refunds manually.
  4. We will credit refunds within 5 to 7 business days after approval.
  5. All refunds will be partial (order processing charges and other online charges) will be deducted.

Cancellation Policy

  • User shall be entitled to cancel an order booked on computerhouselko.com by placing a Cancellation request at “computerhouselko@gmail.com” or by logging a call to our Support Team.
  • Valid Reasons for Order Cancellation:
    • Order by Mistake
    • Wrong Item Ordered
  • Cancellation requested by a customer will lead to a deduction of 18% (3% Payment Gateway + 15% Other Charges) from the total amount of order.
  • In case the order is already shipped then 18% (3% Payment Gateway + 15% Other Charges) + Forward Shipping Charges + RTO (Return to Origin) Shipping Charges will be deducted from the total amount of order.
  • We have all the rights to cancel the order without any prior notice for any reason whatsoever. (100% refund will be given).
  • Refunds will be initiated to the source of payment. Sometimes, we may require your Bank Details or Paytm Number to initiate the refunds manually.
  • We will credit refunds within 5 to 7 business days after approval.
